How long will my visit take?

You should set aside a minimum of 2 hours to complete your exam.

Will you share the results of the exam with my employer?

No. We will not disclose any personal medical information to your employer or any other third-parties, unless you authorize us to do so or law requires it.

Can you send my examination results to my primary doctor?

Yes. If you would like us to send a copy of your examination report to your primary doctor, simply check and initial the appropriate box on the disclosure form.

How will I receive the results of my examination?

Results are sent by mail approximately 2 weeks after your visit. The packet will include all test and/or lab results, a written report, a brief survey, and any extra information relevant to your health status.

Do you have a female doctor?

Yes. We have a female doctor on staff if you prefer.

Can I schedule an appointment somewhere other than Manhattan?

Yes, you may have your physical exam at any of our nationwide locations if your employer has approved of this option. If you have any questions about your eligibility, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
